Throughout my career, one theme has always been clear: I thrive on growth, change, and helping others do the same. I’ve reinvented myself more than once, from the fast-paced world of advertising, to leading a thriving overnight summer camp, to guiding people strategy in high-growth tech and financial services. Each chapter taught me how to adapt, lead through uncertainty, and connect with all kinds of people and personalities.
That winding path is exactly what shapes my coaching. I know what it’s like to take big leaps, learn new skills, and build confidence in uncharted territory.
